Certain firewall, content filtering programs may also block cookies.

1. Click on Tools on the menu bar.
2. Select Internet Options... on the menu that appears.
3. In the options window, select the Privacy tab.
4. Move slider to Medium level or lower.
5. Click OK and click here to retest cookies.
